Emily Hite
Sacramento Ballet
Emily Hite trained at Westide Ballet from 1995 until 2000. She danced the White Cat in Westside Ballet's Sleeping Beauty, as well as principal roles in Serenade and Concerto Barocco. In Westside Ballet's production of The Nutcracker, she danced the role of Sugarplum Fairy.
Emily then joined the Sacramento Ballet, where she danced the roles of Alice in Alice in Wonderland; Helena in A Midsummer Night's Dream; Act I Pas de Trois, Cygnet, and the Neapolitan pas de deux in Swan Lake; and the Melancholic duet in Balanchine's The Four Temperaments.
She now lives in San Francisco and dances with contemporary companies Hope Mohr Dance, Robert Moses' Kin, and Mark Foehringer Dance Project.
